  • Sleep well : your skin repairs itself while sleeping. Sleep deprivation puts your body into stress mode, causing it to release more stress hormones.

  • Laughter is the best anti-aging remedy : “we don’t stop laughing because we are old. We grow old because we stop laughing”. When you laugh, blood circulation increase and your face muscles are in action, which help in getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles

  1. Diet: A healthy diet can slow your aging process.

  • Eat a diet rich in anti-oxidants : taking anti-oxidants can prevent free radicals from forming. Blueberries have a high anti-oxidant value, but the wild Alaskan Blueberry contains 10 times the number of anti-oxidants that you can find in ordinary Blueberry. You can find anti-oxidants in many other sources such as pomegarante, acai, mangosteen, blackberry, strawberry, plum, pecan and cranberry.

  • Eat a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids: If you want to slow down your aging process simply increase your omega 3 intake. Essentiel fatty acids are vital for normal metabolism but can not be produced by the human body. So we need to eat foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids to maintain a normal metabolism. Recommended daily dose of omega-3 for women 1.1 grams and men 1.6 grams. You can find omega 3 fatty acids in many sources such as : flaxseed oil, walnuts, salmon, sardines, beef, soybeans, halibut, scallops, shrimp and tofu.

  • Drink green tea every day, it contains polyphenolic compounds also known as epicatechins, which are antioxidant in nature, so drinking green tea helps to slow down the premature aging process.
